Rick Pilger

After attending Eastern Kentucky University and Northern Kentucky University, Rick became a licensed Realtor in 1986. After 2 years as a Realtor, Rick pursued his interest in the financial side of the Real Estate Industry by becoming a loan officer. Rick has served on the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors Realtor/Lender task force, and nationally on the FNMA Desktop Originator advisory board. For more than 18 years he has been highly successful in loan origination, management and training in the mortgage industry. Rick  spent  several years training loan officers all over the Midwest in the productive use of technology in the mortgage industry, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and customer financial savings. His ability to help his customers achieve their home ownership goals, while not losing sight of their financial needs, has allowed his customers to have a greater sense of security during the mortgage process. Rick’s experience and knowledge allows him to effectively service all the needs of his customers.
